Forward 901, Inc. was founded in 2023 with a deep and abiding belief that Memphis is strongest when every neighbor has the opportunity to thrive.
With a heart for service and a vision for what our city can become, we are committed to elevating the quality of life across Memphis by partnering with organizations that shape our community each day. We celebrate the resilience, culture, and spirit of the 901and we work intentionally to ensure that progress reaches every corner of our city.
Forward 901 proudly supports nonprofit organizations leading meaningful work in youth development, public safety, senior services, transportation, health, and urban revitalization areas that are essential to building a safer, stronger, and more connected Memphis.
Through thoughtful support and intentional partnerships, we not only strengthen programs—we uplift the people behind them, amplifying their impact and extending their reach across our city. We believe that when organizations are empowered, communities are transformed.

If your organization would like to be considered for a microgrant, we invite you to complete our brief form to help us learn more about you and your mission. Applications are reviewed in January, April, July and October of each year. We will reach out to you with further details on how to submit a comprehensive application.
